Building and Grounds Team – The purpose of the Building and Grounds Team is to research cost and materials for construction and replacement/repair projects and to put into motion approved projects. Meets every other month on Wednesday evenings.
Finance Team –
The purpose of the Finance Team is to ensure that all church financial resources are used in a manner that furthers the vision, strategy, and exempt purpose of the church. Meets monthly on Monday evenings.
Missions Team –
The purpose of the Missions Team is to assist the Executive Director of Missions in strategic efforts, planning, financial oversight, and decision making in how best and most effectively to share the gospel to the world. Meets monthly on Wednesday evenings.
Personnel Team –
The purpose of the Personnel Team is to serve Sagemont Church by maintaining oversight of the employment relationship between the church and all full-time and part-time employees. The primary objectives of the Personnel Team are to ensure best employment practices are in place and followed; review compensation data and recommend market-based compensation and benefits packages; oversee and review results of annual performance evaluation processes. Meets monthly on Tuesday evenings and as needed.
Team on Teams –
The purpose of the Team on Teams is to serve Sagemont Church by nominating and recruiting prospective members for the Standing Church Teams (Building and Grounds, Finance, Missions, Personnel, Team on Teams, and Visionary). Meets approximately once a month in September, October, November, January, and February.
Visionary Team – The purpose of the Visionary Team is to assist the Senior Pastor and Leadership Team in vision-planning issues related to expansion and growth of the church property and facilities with a forecast of one to five years. This includes current projects and looking forward to plan for future needs. Meets approximately every other month except when there is an ongoing project that may require meeting more often.
