Summer Sweat

Summer Sweat is for ladies of all ages! Join us as we learn to care for our bodies, God's Temple, in healthy ways. Together, we will open the Bible to work out our faith before working out our muscles. Here you will find accountability for both your physical and spiritual well-being. Summer Sweat is adaptable for all fitness levels, but does require you to be mobile. We advise you to be able to walk and move independently.
Summer Sweat meets on Tuesday mornings at 9:00 am in the Gym. The first day is June 23, and the last day is July 28. Registration is $20 and includes your workbook and workout equipment. This study is taught by Katherine Smith. This is an on-campus-only activity.
