Baylee McMinn
Baylee McMinn is a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with children, families, and adult women navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, and emotional or behavioral regulation challenges. She specializes in working with children ages 2–18, and adult women - offering relational, evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
Baylee is a TBRI Practitioner, trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), and has advanced training in OCD and anxiety treatment for both children and adults. Her approach integrates attachment-focused, neuroscience-informed, and evidence-based care, grounded in her belief that families are sacred, and deeply valued by God.
Therapy for Adult Women: Trauma, Anxiety, & OCD
Baylee works with adult women experiencing OCD, anxiety, trauma, or PTSD. She offers structured, compassionate care—including specialized OCD treatment, and evidence-based trauma protocols. Treatment goals and pace of sessions are always determined by the client, and are focused on providing relief and lasting change.
Child, Family & Parenting Therapy
Baylee also works with children and families who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, defiance, emotional outbursts, or disconnection—especially when traditional parenting strategies haven’t worked. She is a strong fit for families navigating:
- Adoption, foster care, or early trauma
- Attachment disruptions or relational wounds
- Anxiety, OCD, phobias, school avoidance, or rigid behaviors
- Selective Mutism, social anxiety
- Aggression, defiance, or explosive behavior
- Emotional dysregulation (“0 to 60,” intense reactions, frequent meltdowns)
- Sleep difficulties, control struggles, or rigidity
Baylee partners closely with parents to understand what is driving behavior and equips them with practical tools to restore safety, regulation, and connection at home.
Baylee earned her MA in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2017 and is a mother of three. Her life as both a clinician and a parent informs her deep respect for the complexity, beauty, and challenges of family life.
