Ainsley Bowden

Ainsley is a graduate of Baylor University and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Houston Christian University, where she is working toward licensure as a Professional Counselor. She is passionate about serving and helping individuals who have experienced trauma and addiction, offering compassionate care and evidence-based support.


Her clinical interests span a wide range of needs, including anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, addiction, dissociation, and recovery from physical, sexual, or emotional abuse. After graduation, Ainsley plans to pursue advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to further equip her in helping clients heal and grow.


Ainsley works with clients of all ages, integrating her clinical training with a Christian framework to provide holistic care. Since August 2024, she has served as a receptionist at Sagemont Counseling Center, where she is dedicated to supporting others in their counseling journey and discipleship process.


Outside of her professional pursuits, Ainsley enjoys being active in her church community, playing pickleball, spending time outdoors, and nurturing meaningful relationships with friends and family.
