Anger Management – This support group is designed to help us fulfill God’s command to “be angry, yet not sin” (Ephesians 4:26).You’ll learn what anger is, where it comes from, its’ causes and effects, and most importantly, how to effectively manage this God-given emotion.
Meets Wednesdays from 7:30 – 9:00 PM, in Room 112)

Families in Recovery – This unique group provides a safe place for families to share their particular distress that may involve a child, adolescent, or young adult coping with an emotional problem or mental health issue such as depression, bi-polar disorder, ADD/ADHD etc.
Meets Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 in Room 208

Divorce Care – If you or someone you care about has been impacted by the trauma of divorce, we’ve designed a support group just for you. Experience the mutual encouragement, strength and healing that can come through a community of believers who can relate to just what you’re going through.
Meets Wednesdays from 7:30 –98:00 PM, in Room 109

Grief Share – Grief is inevitable. Grieving well is not. Grief Share is a structured support group designed to minister to, and through, folks who have experienced the loss of a family member or friend due to death. You’ll find encouragement, understanding and insight from people who have “been there.”
Meets Wednesdays from 7:15 – 8:45 PM, in Room 137

Pure Life – An ongoing support group designed for men who are engaged in personal recovery from pornography and other forms of sexual sin. The open forum of a small group of men, committed to sexual purity, provides the kind of affirmation, encouragement and accountability that is essential for long term victory in this important area of life. Privacy and confidentiality are both highly respected.
Meets Wednesdays from 7:30 – 9:00 PM, at the Counseling Center

Real Life Series – A series of classes about real life relationships. The focus of these classes revolves around learning how to overcome relational difficulties.
Meets Sundays from 11:00 – 12:15 AM in Room 206

Right Step – A Christ-centered 12-step program for those recovering from, or impacted by, chemical or co-dependency. If you, or someone you know, are struggling with the compulsive use of alcohol, drugs or other forms of substance abuse, this support group can provide the encouragement, strength and hope required for lasting sobriety. The supportive help for family members will also enhance progress, so take the first step by attending a Right Step meeting. You’ll be accepted right where you are.
Meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 – 9:00 PM, in the Annex

Stepping Stones – Specially designed for children (1st through 6th grade), and led by a professional counselor, this group helps kids to learn how to share feelings associated with various stressful family situations (i.e. divorce, illness, death, family, job loss, substance abuse, codependency, mental illness, etc.).
Meets Wednesdays from 7:30 – 8:45 PM, in Room C240

Wounded Hearts – Led by a Licensed Professional Counselor, this therapy group is for women dealing with the devastating impact of sexual abuse. Participants experience the kind of mutual support from others who understand this trauma, and take part in a process of lasting recovery.
Meets Tuesdays from 6:30 – 8:00 PM, in the Counseling Center
