Georjean Nixon has served as one of our AdventureLand Ministry Secretaries since June, 2004. She is specifically responsible for all of the finances and calendaring for the entire AdventureLand Ministry. As you can imagine, this can be quite overwhelming at times; but Georjean does a great job of multi-tasking. In addition, she lends secretarial support to AWANA, which averages over 400 children, students, and adults each week during the school year. Georjean’s attention to detail is second to none, and she has an incredible servant’s heart. A member of Sagemont Church since 1970, Georjean is a member of the Worship Choir and sings on the Worship & Praise Ministry’s Praise Team. She and her husband, Mike, have two grown children, Brandon Nixon and wife, Nikki, and Neisha Teer and husband, Dave. Georjean and Mike are also the very proud grandparents of Zane, Reese, Eden and Hope Nixon and Meliya and Caillyn Teer.
