Jan Hart joined the Sagemont Staff in April 1994 as administrative support for the Worship & Praise Ministry. She also provides support for the Media Ministry and Centre for the Arts. Some of her varied duties include maintaining databases for each ministry’s members plus all music, dramas, and orchestrations; maintaining and securing copyright permission for music used by the church; preparation for Sunday and Wednesday services including Pro Presenter, media scripts, and orders of service; maintaining various budget/designated accounts; provide administrative support for major productions; and assist the Centre for the Arts in registration, scheduling, record maintenance, and invoicing. Jan has been married to the love of her life, Richard, for almost 43 years. They have been members of Sagemont Church since 1971. Their two children, Les and Cathy (married to Kelly Clemons), had the joy of growing up as part of the Sagemont family. Adding sheer delight to Jan’s life are her three grandchildren – Caroline, Brandon, and Maddie. When not being “Mimi,” Jan enjoys gardening, cooking, and the beach.
